Ok, I've never done anything like this but thought it sounded like fun. We'll take an 8x10" (sorry I can't convert!) piece of cardboard and line it with fancy papers or print outs of fancy papers (doesn't all have to match). We'll do this to both sides of the cardboard. Then you'll start making your journal entries on a white (or lightly colored) paper (so we can read it). You can hand write it or type it, whatever you prefer. You'll cut out each day and paste it to your card board piece. Of course you don't want to make them so big that the fancy papers don't show through. If you get all your entries on one side, then the other side you can decorate with quotes, stickers, photos, poems, etc. You will also embellish your collage with bows, ribbons, flowers, gems, stickers, etc. You might even want to have a hanger on it so that the receiver can hang it up, but that isn't mandatory. Please notice the last day to sign up that 10 days after that, this is expected to be mailed out. I don't believe in long wait times as people get busy, put it on the back burner and then forget and either they're late sending it or forget about it. The photo I have is just a sample of what I'm talking about. If you have any questions, feel free to ask here in the post or note me. Goes without saying that no flakers allowed, no one with a 1 or 3 rating in the last year or a rating below 4.8. Goes without saying that I can boot anyone out that seems fishy to me. Newbies are welcome, but must have a well filled out profile. Not just a paragragh or two. I read all profiles before assigning partners. |
