You DONT have to spell it out, meaning you dont have to make a card with a photo of yourself and have an arrow pointing at you.

examples.

lets say your bi-bolar and really hate it, you may want to collage or draw a card that shows your inner struggles.

if you used to be addicted to something you may want to do a card that somehow shows that to your partner.

if you have a big wart on your nose you can do something that symbolizes that.
