I Can't Seem to Finish

In approving new group members, I noticed a common thread on profiles, words to the effect: I can't seem to finish the novel/book/play I'm writing.

So, what's holding you back?

Tell a partner about that creative project you started, but just can't seem to finish. What are the struggles or challenges that keep you from getting to "The End"? What skills or materials are holding you back? Are you afraid of success? Afraid of failure? Whatever the problem(s) seem to be, tell your swap partner. (You may find that articulating them helps you break through.)

Send a letter (typed is preferred, but legible handwriting acceptable) and a few words of encouragement to your partner. The encouragement can take the form of quotes, an article or essay, a bookmark, etc.

You don't need to wait for partners to be assigned. You can start your letter now.
