This is a new member swap, so everyone is welcome, both new and old to the group. Okay, for this swap you may or may not need to do some research depending on how much you already know. It might be more fun and educational for you if you go with something that requires research. For this swap you will have to make 2 info cards for 1 partner. 1 card should be on a god, the other card on a goddess. Senders choice. I am planning to do more of these. The info cards should be 3,5 x 5,5 inches (approx. 9x14 centimeters) and they should be sturdy (cardstock or the like) On one side of the cards you will place a picture of the god or goddess you have chosen. This could be a picture collage or you could do a single picture centered and then decorate around it. As long as it features at least one picture and looks decorative what you do with it is up to you. On the other side of the card you will place as much information as you can fit on there (please make sure it's readable) about your chosen god/goddess. To make sure it does not look to plain and boring I ask that you frame it all the way around along the border. Use glitterglue, ribbons, stickers, handpaint something, what ever you can come up with. Please write your swapbot name somewhere on the card, either the front or the back, so people can see it's your work. This will also prevent people from passing on your work as their own (and yes, I have seen this done). For the next round of these swaps you will get to write which god and goddess you recieved your cards on in this swap and your partner for the next round will not be allowed to do these for you ;-) Hopefully we can start a nice collection :-) You in? |
