Description: | |
I hate those first pen-pal letters. I don't know how to describe myself so I seem interesting, and I have no idea of who I'm writing to. I also enjoy those lists of questions you see out there, so I thought, "Myself," I thought, "Why don't you set up a swap where people have to send the person they're assigned a list of questions?" I thought that was a pretty brilliant idea. But I can't do it without you. You HAVE to join now. You already clicked on the description. So...you sign up for the swap. I assign partners. You get the partner you send to. You type up a list of questions (any amount which may be reasonable to the average person. Like, not 2 questions, but not 143 questions, either.) You say nothing about yourself. Just send the list of questions. The person who gets your questions answers them on the sheet and sends them back to you, along with a list of questions of their own. You answer them and send them back with another questions. And so on. Now I can't regulate how long you'll all want to do this, or if it'll even be as interesting as I hope, but still, isn't it nice to not have to think of anything of your own to have to tell about at first? The questions will be something non-threatening like: 1. Do you have any children? 2. How do you feel about chocolate with fruit? 3. If you could buy a plane ticket to any place you have never been before, where would it be? 4. Do you enjoy won-ton soup? Etc. Don't join if you flake, or if you don't like questions. Or if you have a 4.8 or lower. Or if you are with the CIA and/or in the witness protection program. |
