In this swap you will make 20 decorated swap cards for your partner. What is a swap card? A little card that you include with your swaps so your partner knows who is sending it to them and for which swap --- they are also useful to keep by the computer and refer to when you are rating your received swaps. What size is a swap card? Generally, about the size of a business card (2" x 3 1/2"). They don't have to be exactly that size, they can vary a little. What information goes on a swap card?
What do you use to make a swap card? Normally, white or coloured cardstock (ordinary paper is a bit too flimsy). But there is nothing stopping you from being creative here if you want to try other materials as long as the card has the required info on it and can be written on on both sides. How do you make a swap card? Anyway you like! Some of us buy the sheets of business cards that you can feed through a printer, others cut up cardstock by hand or with a paper cutter. How do you decorate a swap card? With computer graphics, clipart, photos, sticker, glitter, tiny rhinestones, etc. Please be careful when inputing the text for the cards - it is so disappointing to receive swap cards with incorrect or misspelled info on them. And please, no special requests below - it is sender's choice, guided by your profile. I ban after sign-up based on a number of factors (ratings, profile, swaps completed). Newbies welcome with filled out profile, all others must have any 1's or 3's explained on profile with a note asking to re-send.If you are not sure, please pm me to discuss. Any questions, please pm me as well. Have fun! |
