Luscious Lips #2- Lipbalm Swap - International

I thought I would get another lip balm swap started for November. A girl can just never have too much lip balm!

• This is an International Swap
• Send 2 chapstick, lipbalm, or lipgloss to 2 partners.
• Thats 2 items X 2 partners = 4 items
• List your preferences and any allergy restrictions below.

Now for the icky rules:
* 4.5 or higher rating with no no sends in the last 3 months. If you feel you have an unfair rating please message me.
* Newbies will need to meet the rating criteria by the time partners are assigned.
* If you see that there are questionable swappers signed up for this swap, please message me and I'll do my best to take care of it.
* If I need to ban anyone from the swap it will be done after the signup deadline before partners are assigned.
