Spending minimum/maximum is between $5 and $30. This makes it possible for anyone to participate regardless of income. Don't fret if you go slightly over. It happens. Just give what is best for you. Your gift should be mailed no later than Monday, December 20th. I'm avoiding dealing with Christmas, but if you'd like to have your partner receive their gift by the 25th, please plan accordingly. The deadline of the 20th gives you a month to plan, purchase, and send the gift. When you receive your gift, please make a thank you post. This allows your gift sender to rest easy knowing that their gift has made it to you, allows the points mod to award points for the activity (yep--each person who sends a gift gets 20 points!), and allows everyone to ooh and ahh over the awesome gifts you received. Also, LJ does have a messaging system (I'm sure you're aware) so you can use that too. Note that there is a possibility that your LJ message could be lost. It happens.

Favourite colours. Your fashion style. Size(s) - this can be clothing sizes, ring sizes, shoes, etc... Things you know you wouldn't want to get. Do you collect anything? What you like to drink and what you prefer to drink it from. Jewelry? What kind? Makeup? What kind? Bodymods? What are you on the lookout for? Would you be ok with a gift certificate? From what places? Link to any wishlists you'd like considered.(This is required. Making a wishlist on amazon.com, forever21.com, etsy, etc. is fun and helps your gifter.) Please note that both a wishlist AND a polyvore collage, at least one of each, are required. Everybody wants to get gifts that are in their taste, and one of the best parts about the gift exchange is the element of learning about one another.
