Description:

I've been toying with this idea for a while and I think it's time to do it. If there's enough interest it may become a series.

For this swap you will be sending each of your two partners two partially printed ATCs for a total of four cards. You can use any analog printmaking technique (not digital) such as relief printing (woodblock, lino, carving your own stamps), silkscreening, stencilling, intaglio printing, or monotype, (or anything I've forgotten) but you must combine your printmaking with some other artmaking technique.

You can find more information on printmaking techniques here
Again, you are to use more than one art technique here but one of them must be some form of printmaking. The print must be your own image as well, commercial rubber stamps don't count (you can use them but they don't count as the printmaking portion.)

You can print onto a collage background, collage onto a printed background, hand draw or paint colours onto a printed image, or outlines onto printed block of colour, or print on handmade paper, or cut up your print to combine with other things, or anything else you can think of.

Senders choice for theme and subject matter. As always, spend time on these cards and make something you would love to receive.

Requirements are the same as the group's and anyone who seems fishy or flakes on this swap will be reported to izohgore.

i'm confused, lol. so could i do some zentangling on my ATCs and then add some paint to them? is that what you mean?

No, it has to have printmaking involved. I'll add a link for more info.

These are beautiful! I love the mix of printmaking w/other forms of art. Will you be accepting illustration mixed w/printmaking techniques then, too? I should try my hand at collage again someday. ;)

Definitely combining illustration and printmaking would completely work. Thanks for joining!

Sorry for the delay in assigning partners. If anyone needs me to extend the send date as a result let me know, but there's still lots of time.
