Description:
I got this idea from Helga Strauss of Art Chix Studio at a workshop I took - got to give credit where it's due! So, we will make one ATC for one partner. The twist is that the ATC must feature a hand drawn/hand painted inchie somewhere on the card. You can hand drawn/hand paint the rest of the ATC or not, but your inchie must be hand drawn or hand painted. You must be a swapper in good standing, I will check all profiles.
