As I opened the door to my freezer tonight to get some ice cream, I noticed that I've been looking at the same old refridgerator magnets for years. My old magnets would be new to someone else and vice-versa, so why not trade? So here's the game plan. You'll have three (3) swap partners. Send each partner at least one of your refridgerator magnets. The idea is to send one that you've had for a long time, not to buy new ones. Try to send magnets that are kind of unique, please no cheap-o plastic letters that every preschooler has or just one piece of a poetry magnet set (although a whole poetry magnet set would be great). Advertising magnets and souvenir magnets are fine; they don't have to look or be expensive. Just as long as they are in good shape and not something everyone already has. I changed my mind and decided to make this swap international. I hope that doesn't cause anyone to drop this swap and I'm sorry if it does but I thought it may be pretty cool to get something unique from another country. If international shipping is a problem for you, feel free to make your own US-only swap. The swap is open to newbies and to veteran swappers with a rating of 3.5 and better with no no-sends in the past two months. This is my first-ever time hosting a swap, so please feel free to ask any questions or tell me if I'm missing out on some major details. Thanks for signing up and happy swapping! |
