This swap is for new CityVille neighbors! If you're like me, you LOVE playing Cityville on Facebook, but you don't have enough neighbors! In order to add your partners as your CityVille neighbors, you'll have to friend them on Facebook first. You will email your 10 partners with your Facebook URL, asking them to friend you. When you receive emails from your partners, you will friend them on Facebook, and in the comment, put "Swap-Bot CityVille Neighbors" with your Swap-Bot user name, so that people know why you are friending them. i only have 9 partners and see that 10 people are joining this swap , i miss 1 partner is that true

well there are only 10 of us....so we cant count ourselves in the 10. So 9 is correct.
