Shabby Chic - Cottage Matchbox

I'm a newbie and this sounds like fun! I'll try to make an interesting box!

I have been waiting for a shabby chic matchbox!!!! Thank you sooo much for doing this one!!!!!!

This sounds so exciting!!..thanks for allowing newbies. What are the approx. dimensions of the box? (wanna get it accurate in size).

Ok, figured out the 32 count is the tiny box...do most of you make your own from scratch or do you decorate purchased ones?

Thanks for the link caresalot, I will check it out but if its okay to buy them then maybe I will go that route for my first time.
At first I thought theres no way you can fit much of anything in a tiny box like this size but once I started looking into my stash and rethinking a bit its amazing what you may be able to do. Love the theme too!!

Okay, I think I have a new addiction. I started playing around with these and they are so much fun. Each time I think I filled the box I always find one more thing to put in it,thats the biggest challenge to me. I'm gonna find it hard to part with them

Welcome to our addiction, occasiongb! I love these little things. I'm upset with myself for not having taken any pictures of the ones I've already sent to new homes. They are loads of fun and I found myself making extra ones just for fun :0)

Glad you're enjoying this new craft - the next one I plan to make is the matchbox drawers - that's where you stack 3 or so on top of one another and bind them together to make a unit. I saw one on somebody's profile but can't remember who it was.

I love the idea of matchbox drawers-- more spaces to put cool little things!
