Let's make a mini mermaid dotee doll.....A MINI one. She must have a hanger and a tail. Usually the minis are no more that 3 inches long, but with all the usual dotee characteristics. Sign up ends May 15th and mail out May 30th. Make it special, do your best work, make yours as carefully as you can.........Smiles.......have fun!!!
