Description:
You will send one fabric ATC to one partner. It can be made for this swap, or it can be one you've already made. The ATC must be blue. All shades of blue are allowed, but no other colors - challenge yourself to use just blue for this ATC! Standard ATC rules apply: it must measure 2 Â½ X 3 Â½ inches (63 mm X 89 mm), and please send nice work - something that you would be pleased to receive.
