Time for Tea!!! USA only

This is part of my USA only swaps for those of us who are weighing putting gas in our car with paying postage on our swaps. So worry no more! We will have USA only swaps to relieve some of the stress! (And everyone else in the planet is free to duplicate these for their regions if they wish :)

This swap is for 4 tea bags of at least 2 different kinds to 2 partners for a total of 8 tea bags. Also, you'll include a notecard of some sort with a 'hello' and a 'how are you' to wish your partner a lovely day/week/month/era... etc. (The card can definitely be handmade!)

The tea is sender's choice, must be individually packaged/wrapped (no naked tea bags in envies please!) This will be a little on the quick side, but not too bad, and it's the perfect excuse to try some thing new!

Ratings of 4.5 and up will be allowed with 0 no sends, 1's or 3's in the last 3 months. So this is a swap that can help repair some damage on your ratings, but I will be looking through profiles and banning accordingly. Newbies with a few ratings will be allowed.
