Well seeing how I'm hoping people will reimagine the character of their choice, I'm wanting make something up. So if you just print out a picture of the character and decorate it. It's not really the same. I want people to put some real effort into it. So draw, paint or make a collage. (or something else that I haven't thought of) But please don't go the easy route and print out a picture and decorate it or just use stickers. It's kind of half-assed.
