what do u mean by extras? prolly a 'duh???' question, but I havta ask!!! could I have a US partner(d/t low funds!!!)

Extras are additional goodies that many people feel obliged to send to get a heart. I think hearts should be given because people put thought into their project, packaged it nicely and sent it on time :)
