It's almost three weeks from the swap date & I have yet to receive anything from Kim Brooks (dragonflysecret11) - what is the next step in the process?

sarah i mailed out and have no idea why THIS did not arrrive but i remailed i have never flaked and never would it is on the way again as i emailed you before maybe a mean mailman, maybe the tornados here i am at a loss but i did resned and please know i will resend a million times if need be until you recieve kimberly
