Description:

How many people are like me and just cant let that cute or pretty little picture in your magazine stash go to waste? For this swap you will have 5 partners where you will send each partner 10 inchies from your favorite magazines. So this will be a total of 50 magazine inchies. Most of us know what inchies are but for those who do not: inchies are a 1" x 1" square works of art: But for this swap we are sending the pictures we find in magazines. This is senders choice. They can be a cute animal, logo, word (as long as the word fills most of the square), a pretty texture, face, your choice but do pick the best pictures, we want to be able to use them in future works of art or just add to our beautiful collections. When you send to your partners add a little note maybe about the magazine you found them in and why you chose these pictures. You must have a filled out profile, no recent 1's or 3's and a rating of at least 4.5. I will angel if needed but hope I do not have to. I also am hosting a 1 inch circle swap too for those of us who love making those bottle cap charms and magnets :)

So for this swap we are to send just the little pictures NOT mounted on an inchie, right?

You can mount them or leave them loose, I did not really think about the backing as for some people do collage art and may need them thin to add to there art work. If you want them mounted on cardboard please let us know in the comment section

Dont quite understand, inchies are thicker than a sheet of paper. Do you want just little inchie papers that are cut from magazines?

I think the swap is just for inchie SIZED magazine clippings that could be used to make inchies in the future .... right?

I am so sorry guys for this to be so confusing. I meant for it to be simple and fun. I meant for it to be 1" x 1" square magazine clippings that can be placed on card for inchies or used by collage artists as little additions to bigger works of art. They can be glued and made as inchies or left thin and loose.
