Hand Drawn Kawaii ATC

You'll create one hand drawn ATC in the theme of Kawaii for one partner.

ATC must be 2.5" x 3.5". Must be hand drawn (painted, colored).

This does not have to follow the branded kawaii unless you would like to draw something from it. BUT it must match the theme of Kawaii. Something like the brands (excruciatingly cute)!!

Requirements:

• 4.9 or higher in rating
• 5+ completed/rated mailed swaps (email only doesn't count)
• No flakers, no non raters, no habit late senders please!
