Description:

I don't know about you guys, but I love random little trinkets and bits and bobs .... and using them for various projects.....

For this swap, you will go through those overflowing drawers, boxes and craft supply bins and collect random, miscellaneous items that you don't want anymore. And I mean absolutely anything - loose jewelry, ephemera, ribbon, beads, pendants, fabric scraps, pens, erasers, unopened lip balm, magnets .... ANYTHING! (doesn't have to be just crafty things)...this will result in lots and lots of goodies for the receiver :]

And stuff it all into a cereal box. You will have one (1) partner and you'll send it to them!

The main point of this swap is to clear out your stashes of things you don't need/want, and hopefully supply another swapper with things they might be able to use.

And if you don't like some of the items that you get? Just keep the ones you do like & save the others for another random swap such as this one!

(If you are looking for specific items/profile related items, I suggest you don't join. The point of this is for randomness and surprises.)

With that said, you can start putting together your package as soon as you sign up, since it doesn't have to cater to your partner's profile. Just be sure to not send pure junk....don't send anything you wouldn't like to receive!

Try not to put heavy items in your box, to save some money on shipping. Either way, this will be a U.S. ONLY swap. Feel free to make an international one if you want.

Send a profile surprise for hearts!! Be sure to specify what item is the profile surprise.

Ratings of 4.5 or higher only, no newbies allowed, U.S. only.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!!

What size cereal box? There are lots of sizes. I have not sent anything through the mail this way/ I have done this kind of swap with a soda bottle. Do you need to tape it all over with packing tape? I'm sure ;you wrap with paper. sounds like fun. Happy Thanksgiving JB

Just your average cereal box will be fine, anything around the 10-11ish oz. size is fine (there are about 6 cereal boxes in my pantry right now and 10-11 is about the average size it seems).Just nothing too small (like the single serve ones, haha) or too large.

And yes, I suggest wrapping it up with brown paper bag or another type of paper, then taping it up with packing tape. Just to add durability to it. And just as if it was any other type of box. The actual cereal box is just to give everyone a general idea of what size box they need to fill up :]

If you have any more questions, don't hestitate to ask! Hope everyone has fun with this!

My (Ritz cracker) box is almost stuffed... just waiting to see who I send to so I can hopefully add a couple things catered to their profile!

Please assign partners as soon as possible! My box is almost ready and I was going to send it today (assuming we would've found out our partner yesterday the 2nd), but that e-mail wasn't sent yet. I'm expecting a baby this weekend and will have my hands full after he's here so I want to get my package out as soon as I can.
