For this swap we will exchange with 2 partners one of our tried and true natural home care recipes. These recipes can be beauty or health related.

It seems to me there is such an abundance of information on the internet that it is easy to feel lost and overwhelmed by it all. This swap is meant to be a simple way to share information amongst friends.

Examples: tinctures, oils, potpourri, beauty products, teas, etc

Please type or hand write your recipe and mail it to your 2 partners. Include any addition information including where you source ingredients, when is the best time to harvest fresh ingredients, what ailments or purpose you use your creation for, and how it has helped you. Feel free to include any extras.

Shipping for these letters should be very low so I'm making this swap international.
