UPDATE - Changed the signup/swap deadlines... I have some crazy stuff going on in my life and want to be sure I can put my all into this swap! Thanks for your patience!

Kids love mail too! I have a little girl, nearly 2, who gets super excited at the idea of going to check the mail. She excitedly rips open junk mail, and on the rare occasion a package arrives with things for her inside, it makes her giddy for weeks!

This swap is dedicated to all our mail-lovin' wee ones!

Here are the details: - Upon joining this swap, post the details about your kids in the comments below (ages, names, genders, favorite animals, tv shows, activities, shoe/clothing size etc.) - Send a package to your partner with an assortment of little surprises for each child. - The approximate cost of the entire package should be $15-20US, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF CHILDREN so keep in mind those of you with more kids will recieve less value per child than those of you with one kid. I think this is the most fair way to go. - If your partner has several kids, try to make the items for each child equal in number and value. Dollar store stuff can really make your $20 limit stretch for multiple children. - NO FOOD ITEMS just in case of allergies we don't know about. - PLEASE make sure the items you send are AGE APPROPRIATE (e.g. no small parts for kids under 3, check packages if you're unsure).

You MUST post the info about your kid/s in the comments below or you will be dropped from the swap. Newbies welcome, and above all have fun!

I have one daughter, she's nearly 2, and her name is Sydney. She LOVES board books, crayons, and balls. Her favourite colours are pink, purple, and blue. She likes to spend a lot of time outdoors, taking walks and riding in the bike trailer. She likes animals a lot, especially dogs and squirrels. She is currently learning her ABCs and likes to practice that, she also loves to draw. Her feet are a US toddler size 8, and she wears size 3T (she is a tall and skinny girl for her age). Her favorite TV shows are Blue's Clues, Toopy & Binoo, In the Night Garden, and Yo Gabba Gabba. She's mummy's little girl, sweet and adventurous!

My youngest is into video games, legos, Pixar Cars, Toy Story and everything big brother, he is very small for his age so he wears xsmall or size 7. They all like animals, camping and hiking. We love to swim and kick back together. They like unusual school supply stuff like funny folders or pencils or erasers. They all have a great sense of humor and have BOY humor!!! Emma is two and is very much into all types of pretend play, dolls, doctor, using her play kitchen. She also loves blocks, books, music/instruments, and any kind of art or craft project. Anything she can sit and work on while mama makes stuff would be wonderful. We recently moved and now have a back yard so anything she can do out there would also be great. There's also a baby boy making a grand appearance around thanksgiving. About the only thing we've decided on with him is a name, Connor. We aren't picky about traditional/non traditional boy/girls items, as long as it can stand up to imaginative/destructive kiddos.

Sorry for the late post, my daughter is Vada, she is 9 months old (10 months at the end of September)... Toys for her age are great, none based on any tv shows if possible. It's fine if something you send is meant for a two or three year old...she will use them down the line. She has a ton of clothes right now, so if you want to send clothing, a bigger size (18month +) would be preferable. Books would be great....she has a ton of stuffed animals already....wooden puzzles would be great. Dolls, pretend food, balls of all sorts. Don't need everything to be pink and princesses either! Toys that make noise are a big hit right now and anything that rolls...pretend play stuff would be great too. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Thanks!
