I am so addicted to Scratch off. I am always buying them.. So I love doing these swaps and seeing the different ones from different states. For this swap, you will have one(1) partner. You will send your partners one(1) NEW UNSCRATCHED $5 Scratch off Lottery ticket. I will open this swap to newbies. Hope everyone Wins. Any questions please feel free to ask me. If you win an out of state lottery ticket, all you need to do is go to their website and get the address to send it in if it is not on the back of the ticket.. I have done it plenty of times. It is not hard to get your money. EXTRA For each 10th person that signs up, I will do a drawing and send some lucky person or persons $1 Lottery Tickets from here in PA. So the more people that join the more chances to get a free ticket from Me.

It should be a stipulation that if a person wins big they have to split with the sender lol...Watching this :)
