What's a vegetarian to eat while on a diet? If, like me, you've ever tried to watch your caloric intake you know that lots of the fun veggie foods out there (avocados, nuts), as much as they might be good for you, are high calorie, and a person can only eat so many green salads before they go crazy. In this swap you will send each of three partners 2 recipes for low-cal foods you've found that taste great and fill you up. Note that low-cal doesn't have to mean low-fat - I'm a big believer in healthy fats and try to cut sugar and simple carbs first. This swap is open to newbies and those with less than perfect ratings, because hey, its just an email. I'm not saying I won't be mad if you flake, I'm trying to give 'unproven' swappers a chance to gain/fix a good reputation. |
