1 ATC for 1 partner. For this swap you will create an ATC featuring a witch. It can be any type or size witch placed anywhere you like on the ATC. Let your creativity run wild! All media types welcome. You must send a nice collaged, hand painted/drawn or mixed media piece. No sticker slapping, using magazine cut outs as your whole piece, oversized, undersized or generally sloppy ATC's. Take some time & make them nice. Usual swap rules apply. I'm not sure... I googled witch ATC & it came up in the image search results. It doesn't say who made it :( Sorry!
