Hi, I am 31 years old. I have a beautiful 11 year old daughter, who has Type 1 diabetes. We have a cat, Akiko & an axolotl, Poe.

Our house encourages creativity at all times. You can walk into our living(craft)room and be able to make pretty much whatever your heart desires.. I believe it's okay to make messes, even big ones, on a daily basis. Creativity shouldn't be confined to neat spaces.

I wish I could save the earth. I think that this planet is so wonderful and amazing, and way too many people take it for granted. It's sad to see all the trash lying around cities, on the streets and in the massive landfills. I strongly believe in reusing anything and everything,

I am a vegetarian, and am always on the lookout for cool, new recipes. My daughter calls herself a "part time vegetarian". It's cute.

I am an avid crocheter, who dabbles in every other craft I see or hear about, I started crafting with my dear Janome sewing machine, and it's been a fun ride, learning about myself & my passions in life. Crafting is definitely my xanax, I could not have asked for a better stress reliever.

I love any type of music, as long as it's good. Bands I'm loving right now are: The Yeah yeah yeahs, Florence + The Machine, Saeita, Rwake, Nicki Minaj & I will always love Bright Eyes

I don't watch too much tv, but I love True Blood. I enjoy reading, and started my love for True Blood after reading the Sookie Stackhouse series.

I love stickers, magnets, neat paper, BUTTONS, big rings, bows, sequined anything, ribbon, girly stuff, the color purple, GLITTER!, zebra print everything(purple zebra print is amazinggg), black nail polish, flowers, doilies, lace, vintage notecards & postcards, watercolor paintings, neat stuff found in magazines, bright colors, tacky costume jewelry, scraps of fabric, yarn & OWLS!

I don't really care for things with skulls, pastel colors, dark red, dogs, things made out of animal skin or fur, or misspelled words.
