When sending a package to Norway it's important to add a custom declaration sticker, and fill it out right. There you tell what is in the package, and it's value. If the value is to high (above 28 US dollars) I have to pay taxes if it's not marked properly as a gift. And if there is no custom declaration someone will open the package and sort trough it to see if I have to pay for it.
