Hey there! My name is Caitlyn Dubé and I live in the U.S. Truth be told, I always find these personal things really difficult and awkward, but it seems that since I’m new to this site, this personal about page serves as my only credentials soooo here we go!
Well, art has been part of my life for a long time. I have other talents too like singing and writing, which I developed around the same time: 3rd grade. I moved a lot as a kid so I’ve experienced many kinds of people, places, and their culture. I was born in the U.S., but I’ve lived in Canada and Puerto Rico. I’ve also traveled to France which was one of the best experiences of my life. Japan or Ireland is next on my list!
I have ample experience in the world of art. I’ve taken school classes since 3rd grade, all the way to IB High School art scoring 2nd highest in my class. I’ve worked with ink, acrylic, oil, watercolor, pen, graphite, charcoal, wood, foam, metal, and fabrics. But my favorite medium is ink, pencil, and metal.
Now, I have swapped ACEOs or ATCs before over Instagram where you can see some of my work @caitydubs221B or this link http://instagram.com/caitydubs221b
I pretty much do whatever comes to mind, but it’s usually inspired by something someone’s said or a story for a novel I have in my head. I have seven different books I’m writing which either means I’m an incredible multi-tasker or I have a problematic lack of focus. Ha!
Considering I have traded with people internationally, swapping would not be something new. I am here for more trustworthy access to art and easier swapping. Plus, it’s fun and I love seeing the postage stamps from around the world!
I hope this site can help me interact with some incredible artists and people. I always hope that I’m able to make someone’s day! Thanks for making this site Swap-Bot!
But please be assured that I will love whatever it is I get! Again, thank you!
Sincerely, CaityDubs

For people who are curious as to what I'm interested in, I enjoy ATCs, post cards, tea, hand-written letters, beads, ribbons, cute tape, stamps, bookmarks, photos, squares of scrap fabric, scrapbook paper, words written in another language, books, music, stickers, empty metal tins, dried flowers, and so on. Truthfully, it's just fun to swap unique things with everyone so I'll enjoy whatever I get :D
