I am a SAHM to my crazy 3 year old son. When I'm not playing mommy, I am working as a part time photographer. I went to university for 5 years and have my BSc. in Mechanical Engineering, although I have NEVER worked as an engineer. My 5 years of university have turned me into a fairly significant math geek...I LOVE numbers and learning how to mess with them. I would love to go back to university and do a math degree just to prove to myself that I can, but I think my husband would expect me to use my education if I ever went back to school...lol!

I am one of the many that got truly and completely sucked into the Twilight series. I find it slightly odd that I am back to shopping in the teen section at the bookstore...oh well.

My book shelves have a large number of Stephen King titles, although I haven't read anything by him since I was in high school. I have recently taken a liking to interesting biographies and memoirs.

...and a whole bunch more I just can't think of right now!!

This year I have been sucked in to WAY TOO MANY reality shows. I feel like I should be too old for these shows, but I can't stop watching them. It's a little scary...lol! Luckily I do enjoy some non-reality as well...haha!

I have recently discovered the wonderful world of quilting. I have made 2 quilts so far, and keep finding ideas for my next project!! SO many ideas, so little time. That being said, I love doing anything with my sewing machine! I love to make little dresses for my friends little girl, art smocks for kids, reusable shopping bags, etc, etc.

Aside from sewing, I also love to scrapbook and crochet. I have a ginormous stash of yarn that I don't stand a chance of ever getting through entirely...haha!! Maybe when my son starts school...
