I am a full time mom, happily married to the love of my life (Rios). We have two absolutely phenomenal kids that I love to death. I come from a large family which has tons of drama, and is absolutely one of the most cherished parts of my life. I live in sunny South Florida, U.S.A. I run a scrappy business and am currently finishing off my Ph.D.

I love music! Listen to Rock, Salsa, Jazz, Blues, Gospel, Christian Contp... Fav. bands and singers are: BonJovi, Sting, Steven Tyler (Aerosmith), Ricky Martin, India, Adele, Tina Turner, PINK, Wynona Judd, Bette Middler, Jennifer Hudson & PITBULL! Love me some Avalon, Hillsong, Bebe Winan and some really good praise & worship music!

I love to read...it is one of my favorite things to do in life. I feel like we learn a little everytime we pick up a book. Some of my favorite books are: The Bible, John Grisham, Maya Angelou and American Classic books, literature of all kinds, and any good read.

Gone with the wind, Steel Magnolias, Beaches, Driving Ms. Daisy, Fried Green tomatoes, Love Story, Wuthering Heights, Ben-Hur, The God-Father..all of them, The Verdict, Resident Evil..all of them, Terms of endearment, A beautiful mind, Ray, The Departed, Lord of the Rings..all of them, Toy story..all of them, but he 1st still my bestest favorite, and Beauty and the Beast.

Try not too watch too much, but I am currently watching the housewives (BRAVO TV) and Merlin

I love to scrapbook. That is my first passion. My favorite color is pink but the truth is I love all colors! (NO NEONS though...I left the 80's and do not plan to return!) I love me some paper, bling, buttons, ribbons, brads, a good paint dabber and metal embellishments...oohh be still myheart, a good piece of lace, or pretty material, some flowers...never can have enough of those and one of my fav!!!! a good scissors and an adhesive that does what it was created for! Love handmade cards!!! I love altered projects and have gotten into ATC's in the last two years...love to create pretty things!

I believe it's a huge gift to give someone a handmade object. There is love and a piece of that person that went into the project regardless of how big or small the item is. It's truly a huge gift to receive handmade gifts!!! What a pleasure to open up an envelope or a box and see something beautiful that someone else created just for you! Gotta love that!
