Love to knit, newbie spinner,gardening in my container garden, books, music, exercise. I got a sowing (sewing?) machine for Christmas, so I try to make little things like knittingneedle bags, little owls and so on. I like retro yarns, cute motifs (but not Hello Kitty or romantic/shabby chic floral).

Wools, mostly- but also sockyarns and bamboo or silk blends. I love handspun and tweedy yarns- my favourite yarn at the moment is Kauni. I love to try new yarns as well, other yarns I like is Noro, Malabrigo, Opal Solids, and chunky alpacas. Everything soft and shiny... I love surprises, and I´m not afraid of trying something different- be it colours, yarns, etc.

..random, but I do like warm tones of orange, yellow, red and burgundy. Petrol blue, dark violet, and deep cold shades of green are also colours I like. Coffee brown and white/creme is a hit =) Actually I like most colours besides pastel pinks and beige, I guess. And cold greens...

...all types of tea and coffee, hot chocolate and chocolate in every shape and flavour- I also dye my yarn and fibers, mainly with Kool-Aid...or acid dyes. Would love to try food colouring!

Owls, ferrets, fawns, squirrels, cats. The 70ies and 80ies are great inspirators, as well as gardening is my second passion (after knitting, of course).
