I'm a mother of 3 and quilter. I live in the GREAT Pacific Northwest.

Favorite Crafts

Mostly I love to sew. I don't enjoy quilting hand work but love the piecing, and everything else about it. I did scrapbooking for a while, but somehow that got hard. My daughter loves the needlework (as in crochet and knit) but that's not for me.

Fabric and Quilt Likes

I love Batiks, jewel tones, brights against black and fall colors.

I'm not a big fan of novelty prints.

Bits and Bobs

I have one cat, but he's an outdoor cat (a micer not a cuddler) and he knows I don't care for animals in my face... so needless to say he's not around my space (and things).

I don't smoke, never have, and nobody in my family does either.

Lastly, although I wish I were the kind of person who wore lovely perfumes and always smelled nice. I never remember to actually put it on... so my very expensive bottle of Ralph Lauren perfume my husband bought me when we got ENGAGED, is still full under a mound of dust in my boudoir (bathroom). :-) cheers!

Comment: Thanks for sending the quilt block out a second time! It won't work with the black and white quilt I've started but I can use the block on a tote bag I'm making for farmer's market. Thank you for the extra fabric as well!
