Hi everyone,

My name is Henny and i'm a 48-year-old woman, living in the south of the Netherlands.

I live together with my boyfriend, for over 3 years now. We quite recently moved to a new, old house and my boyfriend is still working on it. At the moment my entrance hall looks like a combination of a sandbox and swimming pool :-) Quite a challenge, but still goining strong!

I work as a teacher at a primary school with 9 and 10 year old children. A dream-job that I love to do!

In my spare time I have a lot of hobbies, such as:

• Reading. I like all books, but love to read literary thrillers, children books and young adult books. Go to the library at least once a week and when I'm in a bookshop, time seems magical, because then it flies :-) Most of the time I read in Dutch (my mother tongue).

• Hiking. Love it more when the weather is good, but going out for a hike always feels fantastic for my body and mind.

• Relax with a good cup of tea! I love drinking tea (even more with a good book in my hand) and mostly drink green or herbal teas. Both loose and bagged-up teas.

• Visiting the theatre. O, what a wonderful thing to do, every time again. Love musicals, stand-up comedy and many more. Try to visit the theatre at least once or twice a month.

• Going on a trip. For one day or three weeks. Doesn't matter, I'm always in! Nearby or abroad. Every place I didn't visit before I like to experience. And sometimes it's also nice to go to the same place too.

• Write greetingcards, letters, make presents and craft.

Things I would appreciate receiving in craft swaps: - paper (all sorts) - postcards - ephemera (bits and pieces of any choice) - stickers (No disney please) - paper bags / wrapping paper - envelopes - used stamps

As for postcards, my preferences are: Edition Tausendschön (brand), umbrellas, spring, young animals, forest animals (squirrels, owls), bikes.

Please know, that I like everything you send to me. It's more about the effort, the fun and feeling than about 'the right thing'!!!
