Hi!

I'm Anne, I'm 28 years old and from Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
I work as a social worker with psychiatric children.
I live together with my very sweet and loving boyfriend.
I'm living proof that opposites attract... in one person!
I love chatting with friends and walking in the woods alone.
I love the big city I live in but would also love to live on a farm.
I'm pretty lazy and I love to run.
I love crocheting and dancing on bar-tables (not simultaniously).
I love the beach and ice-skating.
I try to take care of the environement but always end up with too much package material (or stuff what so ever!)

Favorite Crafts

I crochet a lot! I love trying out new crochet projects, when I think of a new pattern (or find or buy a good one) I usually make a few in different colors and then move on to the next project.
I love making little gifts for friends and just started a little webshop. It's in dutch, www.jetante.nl I hope that next to work I can keep on crocheting... and soon maybe knitting (I'm going to do a knitting course)
I also seem to collect postcards, I just don't do it on purpose, it just happens. I find a PC in the shop and have to take it home.
I also like to make new furniture out of old. When you look around our house a lot of furniture is either recycled or re-used. Most of it we found in stashs of furniture other people were throwing away.

Thank you so very, very much for the funny post card of "Gordon"...yes, the eyes on the shirt really put that card "over the top"...quite funny, and "tacky and kitschy"...hehe...And, also thank you so much for the lovely hair clips, I will DEFINITELy use them!! So cute!! Unfortunately, the black beads didn't seem to make it to the USA...there was a hole in the bottom corner of the envelope, and it seems they must have escaped into a postage machine...when you send something in an envelope that isn't perfectly flat, they get put through the cancelation machine and often get torn up and such..but the hair clips made it beautifully! Thank you so much for an awesome swap, I hope we get to swap again in the future!! --Your swap pal, Sandi--
Response: Ohw, too bad about the beads, when I send none flat things in an envelope in the Netherlands it does work, but good to know for future swaps that it needs a bubly envelope :) Thank you for the rating!

Comment: Bedankt voor de lekkere thee! De marshmallow thee heb ik wel in de winkel gezien maar nog nooit gedronken en de calming water thee is zelfs helemaal nieuw voor mij☺ heel leuk!
Response: Ik sla altijd veel thee in wanneer ik ze lekker vind, dus het kan ook zijn dat water-thee al niet meer wordt verkocht. Ze hadden toen een hele serie van de elementen: Earth, Fire, Water en Wind. Warming Fire en Calming Water waren mijn favorieten. Maar heb nu van celestial seasonings de 'tijgerthee' (indian spice, wij noemen het tijgerthee omdat er een tijger op de doos staat) ontdekt en die lijkt erg op de fire. Geniet er van!
