I am a 28 yr old Libran that lives in a town called Gloucester in the state of New South Wales in the lovely country of Australia. I live with my lovely boyfriend and our 2 burmese cats (which are technically mine, the bf claiming that he hates the 'bloody cats' only to fuss over them nearly as much as I do...)

I am a ballet/jazz/tap/contemporary teacher and have been for about 8 years. I love having a job that I actually love to go to, and be creative and to be able to pass on my own knowledge! I teach RAD classical and an Australian tap syllabus, LGTDA.

Heroes, Bones, Dr Who, Battlestar Galatica, Grand Designs, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Deadwood, Firefly, House, NCIS, recently Dexter, SYTYCD - us and aus series. I am undecided on a few and have probably left sme off as well. I quite like my tv...

I like lots of different stuff here is just a few that I can think of right now... Dave Matthews Band Jem Skeewiff Dire Straits - goes back to me being 5 and dancing to my mum's Brother's In Arms album... Air The Whitlams Jack Johnson Nelly Furtado Timbaland and many, many more...

Will pretty much watch anything. Favourites include: Tomb Raider Mona Lisa Smile Laura Star Wars Trilogy (eps 4, 5, 6) Indiana Jones (maybe not so much crystal skull...) Pride and Predjudice Casino Royale Buffy the Vampire Slayer (original) Serenity Chicago My Fair Lady Amelie Many many more...

I particularly like to sew. I quite often make dance costumes for my students and have even tackled a non-stretch tutu complete with basque and many hrs of fittings and much hand sewing.

I also make clothes for myself - but must confess that I like sewing stretch fabric more than anything else so very occassionally have difficulty with patterns not being a good fit then get frustrated with the project and don't finish it... but that hasn't happened too often recently!

I like to make jewellry!

Love working with beads and wire and will quite often make headpieces to go with costumes - particularly if I have made a tutu!

Would love to learn to knit... and crochet...

Can kind of embroider but haven't done much of it since I was a teenager and have my mum there to help me.

Am at the moment eagerly awating the next book in the Saga of Seven Suns... thanks to my brother for putting me onto those...

Playing computer games on my mac (such as tropico pirate cove) or on my ds. Collecting pretty fabrics and lace and notions for future projects. Shoes! (who doesn't??) Reading magazines that don't have all the celebrity crap in them. Getting fun things in the mail...which is why I was amped to find this site!!!
