Hello! I'm a 32 year old woman living in Australia. My partner recently gifted me a vintage type-writer, and I have enjoyed using it so much that I started looking into interesting ways of sending and receiving snail mail, which is how I found this site.

I love knitting, tea, writing and taking unflattering pictures of our dog. My dream is to one day finally finish a book and subject all my friends to reading it.

I have a very social-facing job and am trying to find ways to unwind that aren't doom-scrolling on instagram. I hope I can figure out this site and send cool things to people!

I’d love to type and hand write letters and postcards, make simple art and explore new ways of being creative.

I enjoy fountain pens and the craft of hand-writing, although my own handwriting could use some improvement 😅 I'm hoping that this site can give me an outlet for my love of stationary in general. There's a really beautiful 'artisanal' stationary store near me that sells beautiful stickers, paper, stamps, pens, etc and I would enjoy putting some of those supplies to good use.

I'm also a big nature lover and enjoy going for bush walks, ocean swimming and forest walks. I recently got a Polaroid camera and have been enjoying exploring some photography, especially of the sky, cool clouds, trees and other natural settings. I live in a very urban environment but am Iucky to also be close to mountains and many beaches.

I think getting even small snapshots of other people’s lives, their crafts and interests will be super cool. I’m open to anything!

Fantasy in general is my favourite, and I'm especially drawn to 'high fantasy' settings with wizards, orcs, goblins and all that fun stuff

🧶Knitting is my top craft🧶 I like to knit toys when I have the patience for something fiddly, but also beanies, jumpers, cardigans and blankets. I knit ‘Portuguese Style’ which is very good for colour work.

I can crochet too but rarely do it these days.

Wanting to learn to sew and make clothes!
