I live in Colorado but only for the last year. Before that I was in Seattle. I'm a librarian and mother of six grown daughters. I can't think of a type of music that I don't like - but Grateful Dead is definitely high on the list of favorites - but I love so much music in such a variety of genres that I'd be hardpressed to make a list. I love spiritual and inspiring books but I also read a lot of popular, sillly, just for fun books - murder mysteries, historical fiction. I'm not wild about romance novels but once in awhile I even pick those up. I'm a librarian so I try it all. For movies I like what is absolutely opposite of my personality and it often surprises people to find out that I love violent, smash 'em up movies. I'll go for those every time over a comedy. The violence can be dispensed with those if it's a good, engaging mystery. I used to say that I didn't watch much tv but I'm realizing more and more that's me not telling the truth :) I like Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy and about a half a dozen other shows with engaging stories. I sew (a lot), knit, spin and I like refinishing furniture and I'm trying to learn a little bit more about paper crafts. I'd like to do ATCs but I think I'm not very good at it and I wish I had someone close around to give me a kick start.
