Hello there!
READ THIS FIRST: I'm new here, I get it. I might be quite young but I am NOT new in the world of snail mail. I've blogged about my passion for snail mail for several years, and I've done swaps for a long time EVEN THOUGH I happen to be new on Swap-bot. I'm tired of being banned from swaps just because someone thinks I'm a flaker. PLEASE give me chance to join swaps and get some s-b experience, thank you! :) (rant's over lol)
I am Melissa (Aleksandra is my 3rd name) from Finland and I love to make others happy. Snail mail is a very big part of my life :) My life also consists photography, reading, making videos, blogging, smiling, playing piano (I'm just a beginner though) and just being myself. I am a Finnish High School Student. I consider myself as a very positive and friendly person, but I might seem shy at first.
I love books, friends, traveling and music.

I'm very interested in other cultures and languages! I can speak Finnish, English, crappy Swedish and a little bit Russian. I've been to Turkey, Estonia, Slovenia, Sweden, Germany, Greece and Austria. And I'm wishing to travel more!

I have a blog where I show all mail I've received. If you don't want me to show your mail, please inform me! :)
I love Grey's Anatomy, Elementary, Mentalist, Sherlock, Syke (Finnish TV show), Revenge
As I mentioned, I love books. I think you could call be a book worm. I love every kinds of books but usually I read fantasy, romance, thriller, and mystery books.
I'm a huge fan of swapping postcards! I prefer receiving the cards naked + definitely stamped, I love stamps from other countries!! (For all U.S swappers: I'd be soo glad if you could send me Harry Potter stamps!) I also prefer store bought postcards, touristy cards or whatever the sender likes :) Oh and please write the date on the card! Thank you!
As I mentioned, I LOVE stamps! I especially like stamps with flowers, something unique/local (like special for the country the stamp is from) or butterflies on them. Or old mailboxes! I will love any that you send though! :)
***IMPORTANT: The place where I live do have a postal box where I can send the outgoing mail, but that mail is not picked everyday. Please be comprehensive, I always mail before the mail deadline, but it happens very often that there is a difference of 1, 2 or 3 days between the postmark and what I said on this site. Thanks for your comprehension. ***
