Comment: Jennifer, after our many messages and expressed understanding, I hate to have to rate you a 1. USPS screwed up but my PO told me that you could send it again without paying. You told me it would be in the mail again but that was weeks ago. It looks like you cleared your profile and haven't been on since you told me it would be going out. My last PM hasn't been read. I will rerate if I ever receive anything.
