About Me

I live with my husband and two mutts in New England, where I teach Freshman Composition at a college. I recently completed my MFA degree in fiction and am revising a novel.

Wanna know about some of my crafty favorites? I like most colors, but I especially favor pink, green, and black, although I'm incorporating more brown in my life--chocqua is getting to be a favorite, too.

In terms of knitting, I'm a self-proclaimed yarn snob. I like rich colors and nice fibers. I'm yearning to get more into crochet--it was the gateway craft for me when I was a kid. I've been doing more embroider lately and love Sublime Stitching's patterns as well as the Stitchettes from Wee Wonderfuls.

Comment: Terrific Log, haven't had a chance to look at your blog but definitely will. I like how you mix audio books into your collection. I would be interested hearing more about your Kindle experience. I've had the Kindle on my "want" list for awhile now.
