About Me

Hi, I love teaching yoga, play board games with my sons (age 16 and 20), and finding meals at gourmet restaurants that I can emulate in my own kitchen although I often make a lot of substitutions and may just leave out an item if I do not have it.

Soon enough I will be an Empty Nester. I am hoping traveling, more teaching, and Zentangling will fill up my time.

My favorite colors are plum and teal.
