I mostly knit, mostly with natural fibers and consider myself pretty versatile in knitting. Love to knit lace shawls.

I also so some papercrafting, crocheting, quilting and sewing, jewelry making. Trying to get myself opened up a bit more creatively by doodling.

Married, mom to an adult daughter, software engineer by training, technical support representative at this time.

We live in NY, near the Finger Lakes and Lake Ontario, out in the country. It's good we're in the country because we have one NOISY dog that wouldn't be appreciated in town.

Fave colors for wearing are blues, teals and greens, purples, fuscia, pretty much all jewel tones. Love to pair them with black. When going to work on paper crafting and stuff, I like more muted tones, burgundy, sage green, soft golds, powdery blues. For sewing project, more like what I wear.

Daughter is a child life specialist, so I find places to use some of the other stuff for donations to the hospital she works in. Mostly I try to find 1.25+ yd pieces of fleece to tie into blankies for the kids, but sometimes knit some caps as well.

Likes: fruity (but not citrus) teas, mint teas.
