Hi, I'm Stacey, a 27 year old crafter from Southern England. I used to be a High School Science Teacher up 'till Christmas but left because I couldn't stand the English schooling system and it's politics. Now working as an Office Temp till I manae to get another job.

I will always send out swaps and usually well before the deadline so if you don't receive something or I haven't marked sent by the deadline, please get in touch! I will sort any problem :-)

When I am not crafting I like to be quite active. I enjoy many sporting activities such as snowboaring, skiing. swimming, walking/hiking. I also love reading, especially historical fiction novels. My favourite books being about Tutor or Medieval history in England. I really do like history and enjoy visiting historical places. I also am addicted to travelling and love receiving things from international senders although I am just as happy with good old English swaps as well.

At the moment I am really into Scrapbooking all my photos and memories from my travels. I have always loved doing crosstitch and have recently got into knitting (although I need a lot of practice!). I have also just learnt how to use a sewing machine and am looking forward to getting stuck into that. I am also quite into baking at the moment, especially cakes, cupcakes and cookies. I have always enjoyed writing letters and love the rush of receiving something in the mail whether that is a letter or a craft. I have also recently discovered the joys of Zentangle, ATCs and fallen in love with Washi tape!

My favourite things nature/earthy stufff and vintage/historical things (I am a total history nut). I especially like US pioneer history or any England history. I really do like all colours but especially green blues, purples and yellows. I really like Cath Kidston style stuff and also Rob Ryan type paper crafts. I also like just patterns and abstract things.

I love to get to know the person who swaps with me whether that is through a letter or just through what they have sent me. I prefer handwritten things to things done on the computer.
