I am a 40 something year old married female and have a 6 year old daughter. My family and I live in Austin, Texas, USA. I love making art and I love to push the limits of my creativity. I am constantly dreaming of and designing art projects in my mind. I try to create at least a little art everyday.

My favorite crafts are vast. I love to:

My favorite color is turquoise.

I love all shades of pink, purple and white/tan/beige.

I also love fall colors and bold vibrant colors (especially when combined with black).

My favorite art and decorating style is shabby chic and all the neutral and soft colors associated it with it. I love all the floral patterns and vintage lace that goes along with it too.

I love psychological trillers, romantic dramas, and suspenseful movies such as: Doubt , Atonement, The Graduate, Bridges of Madison County, Scent of a Woman, No Country for Old Men, The Hurt Locker, Brothers and The Game. My all time favorite movie stars are Meryl Streep, Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro.

My favorite television shows are: Wipeout, So You Think You Can Dance, American Idol, 20/20, Oprah, Dateline, the Everybody Loves Raymond.

Since I was a child I have been collecting miniature figurines about an inch or smaller in size. My collection includes for example, mini dolls, cars, dishes, animals and even mini toys from gum ball machines. I keep them in a special curio cabinet my father especially built for the collection.

I dislike lizards, snakes, frogs, incense, teacher reward stickers and anything that smells like cigarette smoke. (Please no teas, coffee or powdered drinks - thanks.)
