I live in Washington state outside of Seattle in the U.S. I am a 47 yr. old single Mom with a 23 yr old daughter & 17 yr old son. We have a great cat named Tigger and live in an apartment. I like anything having to do with butterflies, Winnie the Pooh or windchimes. My favorite colors are purple, blue, pink and silver. I love homemade things!! I collect recipes - usuually just a few ingredients or quick, easy things - not a gourmet cook by any stretch of the imagination!! I also love candles & scented items - lilac, lavender, rose or vanilla. Not many food scents unless fruits. Definitely no musks or patchulli!!! I don't do many crafts but have seen some great ideas on here already that I want to try - and some I haven't yet figured out what they are!! What is a whimsy jar or fairy doll??? Dottee?? I have done swaps on other boards - usually holiday specific - but there are so many great ideas on here!!!! And so many international swappers!! I think that sounds like great fun!!!!!

I usually listen to country music these days - Toby Keith, Carrie Underwood, Sugarland, Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, Taylor Swift, Kellie Pickler, Brooks & Dunn..... I also like Oldies; the 60's, 70's and 80's.

I'm not a big book reader or movie wathcher for that matter - I'm more magazines and newspapers. The books I do have are Day In The Life Of....America, Australia, Hollywood etc... or Thomas Kinkade related, History of Santa Claus, Winnie the Pooh - just off the wall stuff.

Favorite television would be Grey's Anatomy, Boston Legal, Dancing With the Stars, Desperate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters & stand up comedians!! I also enjoy watching Design On A Dime or other makeover decorating shows but never got into Trading Spaces.

I love chocolate, caramel or nuts or all 3!! At Christmas I collect snowmen in blues, silver and white. No black licorice, tea, coffee, Kawaii, Hello Kitty please. Not into greens, oranges or yellows. I have pierced ears, like silver more than gold tones. Want to get into embroidery. Love scented things and pretty, unique and/or homemade items. Am interested in things from other countries. Especially love surprises!!!!!!
