I am a teacher librarian from Sydney, Australia. I enjoy reading books, watching movies, making softies, making bags, making aprons, cooking, playing soccer and spending time with my friends and loved ones.

I love the idea of swapping, I love to send and receive things in the mail so I think swap-bot is a terrific idea!

I love Ben Harper, Sarah Blasko, The Cardigans, She & Him, Regina Spektor, Cat Power, Jeff Buckley and much more...

My favourite radio station here in Australia is 2CH which plays the easy listening oldies from the 40s, 50s and 60s. Love it! I also listen to ABC Radio a lot.

My favourite book of all time is One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

I am a librarian, so as you can imagine I have LOTS of books. I love old childrens classics such as Little Women and the Secret Garden as well as classics such as Pride and Prejudice.

I read anything, currently I've been reading a lot about the history of the English language.

I LOVE craft books, especially Japanese craft books and books that have patterns in them for me to make nice things!

I love movies as well...I watch "good" and "bad" movies.

I love Amelie, Dirty Dancing, Spirited Away, The Notebook and anything that stars Doris Day. I'm a woman of simple tastes!

I like films with dancing in them as well as more "serious" films.

30 Rock is my favourite TV show at the moment! I also like CSI(s), Law & Order(s), the news, Buffy and many many more!

When they ran repeats of How I Met Your Mother this Summer, I really enjoyed that also.

I have got back into crafting in the last 12 months. I used to scrap book but now find myself dabbling in sewing, knitting, crochet and patchwork. I actually did a course in crochet and hope to improve on that.

I am also getting quite a fabric stash happening, so enjoy doing fat quarter swaps!

I really love sewing things for people and myself. I'm addicted to softies and love to make them and read books about them! I have also been making aprons, different bags, zipper pouches and pin cushions and love to swap them.

I also like embroidery, so love getting different coloured embroidery threads.

My favourite colour is PURPLE. I also like pink and brown, but purple has been my favourite ever since I was a little girl.

I love matroyskas (Russian dolls or nesting dolls), I do A LOT of craft with them and try and find craft supplies that have them on there such as fabric, buttons, ribbon, etc.

I really love Japanese stuff... I love cute stationery and fabrics that are Kawaii.

My favourite animals are owls, elephants, daschunds, monkeys and penguins and I enjoy doing craft with those animals, because they are so cute!

I collect fat quarters and I really like to make things out of vintage fabric or recycle to make new things. I like vintage pillow cases and things like that.

I also love tea (all kinds), coffee and hot chocolates.

I love things that are handmade and love making things handmade for my swap partners!
