Favorite Music

I'm a single Mum to the most beautiful little baby (well i'm bound to think that aren't i?) I love reading, music, and generally spending time at home with my little one. We spend lots of time in our garden, or looking at art, or cooking ... I will read pretty much anything, same with music.... Very easy going, just enjoy doing things that make other people happy...

Favorite Music

I love most music, specially Buckshot Lefonque, India Arie and Pink. Im not interested in any form of heavy metal.

Favorite Books

Oh where to start...I love books and picking favourites is so hard when they all seem like such old friends :) I loved The Life of Pi, The Neverending Story, and thing by Isabella Allende, True Crime, Parenting books ... My special loves are art books and cooking books ... I can read them for hours...

Other Bits

Here are some other bits about me ... I couldn't live without coffee ... seriously addicted... Tea is good... I love Chai ... but I'll try anything ... Favourite colours are black, silver and red ... but really I see the beauty in rainbows too.. Favourite Animals are gorillas, I just think they are stunning ... Favourite foods .... I just love food ... all food... :)

My Favourite things are photos, books, music and art.... I like kooky things that seem a bit on the weird side :)

I love cemeteries and would love postcards depicting them, or photos from them. There is just something so serene yet emotionally charged about them...
I'm very easily pleased and think that it is just nice to be able to appreciate the world around us and the people in it ...

Things I'd love to come across

Old School Seasame Street stuff (before elmo and Zoey)... especially a Cookie Monster Bean Bag, furry with arms ... lol Minature Teasets .... love little bitsy things... Teacups ... don't know what it is but teacups are fascinating to me ...

My Little Man

My little boy is just 2 and is interested in Animals (specially lions, tigers and elephants) and Trucks (specially road trains and garbage trucks). He loves to have story time and to dance. He is your typical curious loving little monster... lol

Comment: Although this swap was sent 2 weeks after the deadline, I have to say that it was worth the wait. You really went all out to send me a great kit and I feel blessed to have all these goodies at my disposal. The pencilcase is adorable and along with the great wool will go into my crotchet bag. All the feathers, beads, glitter, bobs and pieces will all be used. The pendant and earings are gorgeous and I cannot wait to wear them. The fairystamp will be well used :) I ♥ everything you sent me. Thank you very much.

Oh my word! I received your prize today for the N&FT WTA #3 - and what a treat! The notebook is gorgeous and will come in very handy, the frames are nifty.
