About Me

I'm a student at Bowling Green State University, and I'm a Visual Communication Technology major--- a lot like graphic design. I love anything crafty and artsy, and am a sucker for anything creative.

After I graduate, I'm hoping to have a career in magazine design, because I love anything periodical.

Basically, I love any kind of design or event planning, and would jump at the chance to have a career as an interior designer or wedding planner.

I love bright, fun colors, PostSecret, and unfortunately, I love knick knacks. I wish I was organized, but I'm not at all... I try though!

I love reading, writing, and watching movies, and like most girls, I'm a sucker for romantic comedies. I love Ever After, Never Been Kissed, Enchanted, Finding Nemo, Two Weeks Notice, The Devil Wears Prada, The Wedding Planner, and so many others! I'm a HUGE Disney fan. Especially Disney Princesses! I'm into anything princessy-- like sparkles and jewels..

I love creative black and white photographs and great color photographs...

I'm a big hippy and love psychadelic things... and I love anything "cute" and from other countries. I'm starting to get into the kawaii kinds of things... but nothing that looks remotely like it could be in a video game.. more of "hello kitty" type.

I also love ducks, turtles, pigs, elephants, giraffes, hippos... just zoo animals in general!! I think any of these animated is just adorable.

I'm also addicted to Grey's Anatomy, BRAVO shows and the Style channel... I love Top Chef, Project Runway, Big Bang Theory, Whose Wedding Is It Anyway, and Clean House (which is ironic considering my house is NOT clean.)

Kinds of notebooks I like

I like composition notebooks (the speckled kind!)-- I'd love it if you decorated it! If someone could ever find a HUGE, THICK, hundreds of pages one, i'd be forever grateful. I also love moleskins ( the large kind-- about the size of a sheet of paper) and spiral bound notebooks, lined--but not the thin spirals-- thick metal spirals-- I abuse the notebooks, so if the metal isn't thick, it'll fall apart too quickly!

Comment: This swap was late, but abandy contacted me which I appreciate. I was disappointed that the envelope contained essentially coloured paper scrap shapes (one not properly cut out, two stuck together, a small rectangle, one cut out of packaging and a handful of OK ones) and a few sheets of letter paper (one with a bit of yellow paint on the back). Then again, the swap requirements were vague. Due to this and abandy's communication, I am rating a 5.
